Dr. Andrew Wise - Chief Family Medical Center

Andrew E. Wise has been a family physician in Alexandria, Virginia for 19 years. He is a graduate of Harvard University, Duke Medical School and the University of Virginia Family Medicine Residency.

Dr. Wise has a special interest in teaching, and is an assistant clinical professor at the George Washington University, the Medical College of Virginia and the University of Virginia. He is past chairman of the Department of Family Practice at Inova Alexandria Hospital. He is also board certified in Sports Medicine and is the team physician for Edison High School.

Dr. Wise has strong military ties; his grandfather served in Naval Intelligence and his father was a combat infantryman in the Battle of the Bulge.
